Reiki training is a gentle yet powerful journey toward harmony, purification, and balance of the energy within us, supporting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Learning Reiki is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, cultivate inner balance, and develop a meaningful tool for personal growth and healing.
Accessible to everyone, Reiki does not belong to any dogma or belief system and can be practiced by people from all backgrounds. Originating in Japan in the early 20th century, Reiki is now practiced worldwide and is appreciated for its simplicity, depth, and effectiveness. It beautifully complements yoga and other mindful practices, enhancing energetic and vibrational awareness while supporting a deeper connection to oneself.
Our Reiki training is divided into three degrees. The first two degrees can be taken together if desired, allowing a deep and immersive introduction to the practice. The third degree is offered after a minimum of six months of integration and personal experience, supporting a grounded and authentic progression on the Reiki path.

Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) + Level 2 (Okuden) Combined Training offers a complete and immersive journey into Reiki practice, guiding you from the foundations of self-healing into deeper energetic work and expanded awareness. This integrated training allows for a continuous learning experience, supporting confidence, clarity, and a strong connection to Reiki energy from the very beginning.
Through traditional teachings, guided practice, and initiation processes, you will develop both personal practice and the skills to share Reiki with others in a grounded and authentic way. Moving naturally from Shoden into Okuden, the training deepens your understanding of energy, emotional balance, and intentional healing, creating a strong and cohesive progression on the Reiki path.
